Tattoo culture is on the rise. Many celebrities are now getting inked. Some do it to celebrate their breakout role, like the cast of Stranger Things. Others get tattoos to pay tribute to their favorite musicians. Celebrities have truly brought tattooing to new levels.

Mark Mahoney is a prime example of a celebrity tattoo artist. Besides his work with celebrities, Mahoney owns and operates his own shop. It’s on Sunset Boulevard and is called Shamrock Social Club.

Daniel Winter

Winterstone is another renowned tattoo artist. He is based in Los Angeles. Winterstone is famous for his delicate fine-line, single needle pieces. His work has earned him a significant Instagram following.

Damon, 52, recently lost his father, Kent, to cancer. Damon decided to commission Winterstone to create a memorial piece. It would be a body art tribute to both Damon and his father. The art was placed on his right shoulder and it read “nomad” backward. Winterstone also added four beautiful cursive designs to Damon’s arms. They featured the names of Alexia, Isabella, Gia, and Stella.

Another tattoo artist, Kevin Clark, worked with Damon as well. Clark shared the artwork and a photo of them working together. Clark mentioned that the tattoo held a special meaning for Damon. It pays tribute to his father’s legacy. It serves as a permanent memory of him.

Jon Boy

Jon Boy is another celebrity tattoo artist. He is known for his intricate micro-style tattoos. His clients include high-profile celebrities. He’s responsible for many iconic pieces. Examples include Justin Bieber’s face tattoo and Hailey Baldwin’s small cross tattoo beneath her ear. Jon Boy has created many more stunning pieces.

Dr. Woo is passionate about tattoos. He’s famous for his hyper-realistic, single needle tattoos. His clientele includes many celebrities. Woo is an industry veteran thanks to his expertise. Mark Mahoney, his mentor, taught him his unique single needle style. This style has gained widespread popularity.

Dr. Woo has many interests outside of tattooing. He enjoys skateboarding and camping.
