Tattoo spots such as forearms, stomachs, and outer thighs tend to be the least painful because these body areas lack nerve endings or excess fat deposits.
Elbow
The elbow is one of the least-painful spots to tattoo, thanks to thin skin with fewer nerve endings than inner bicep and rib tattoo spots. However, getting your tattoo done over bone may result in discomfort, making knee tattooing particularly uncomfortable due to direct access to bones.
